Jean-Claude Van Damme is a Boss Old Man

I’ve gathered a few things from this video:

  1. Jean-Claude Van Damme is getting old.
  2. But he still got it.
  3. And he is still fucking ripped.
  4. I need to start wearing sunglasses when I lift.

Van Damme is 50 years old and he is still kickboxing professionally. This video was of him training for a recent fight, which happened around the same time they were shooting Expendables 2. Still fighting, still being a badass Hollywood actor, still wearing sunglasses in the gym? Jean-Claude is a boss.
